I would like to take a moment to tell you about myself. 
I am a former military wife we are now retired. I have been sewing since I was a child. My entry into sewing was the 4-H club. Through my life I have always had a Doxie at my side. I have purchased many times garments for them only to find they did not go around them or were way too short.

The past few years I have been sewing for the special occasion needs of children. I got rather burned out and stopped my wholesale line of children’s wear.

Then some friends asked for a wedding dress costume for a little angel Bambi. The next thing I knew Critter Fitters was born. I have doxies and the site is devoted to them however, we can make anything in any size. Things begin with a pattern I have drawn myself. They progress to garments with something cute about them. Perhaps a button or pin that adds something to the fabric chosen.

I was given a handbag with a picture of a Doxie on the side. In my opinion it was poorly made and I thought my dogs were much cuter. Next thing I knew I had begun photo transfer. I just love my bag it has pockets for everything and I can FIND my car keys when I want them. People love the pictures of my dogs on the side.
